General Cancellation Policy: Our Secret Garden Mountain Retreat has a 14 day cancellation policy. If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, there is a full refund, less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days to arrival date, you will forfeit reservation total.

Holiday Cancellation Policy: Our Secret Garden Mountain Retreat has a 30 day cancellation policy for holiday periods. If a reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, there is a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit reservation total.

High Season Holiday Dec. 16 to Jan. 8 Cancellation Policy: Our Secret Garden Mountain Retreat has a 30 day cancellation policy for high season holiday period. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, there is a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit reservation total.

A $150.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required at check-in.

Rates: Applicable taxes are added to rates. Two night stay required on weekends. Holiday rates are slightly higher and may require longer stays.

Sorry no smoking inside the cottages, and pets are not allowed.

No Smoking is permitted inside any of the cottages. Your credit card will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee per night if upon your departure we find you have disregarded this policy.
